"Maverick" stands 15.1hh with an excellent confirmation, straight legs, a pretty head, and a nice hip. He absolutely loves attention and will follow you all over in the pasture. He really wants to be your best friend! He trailer loads and stands for the farrier. He loves water and enjoys being sprayed with the bug spray or the hose. He's also easy to worm...you don't even need to halter him.
Maverick spent May and June at the trainer's and is riding well. He has arena experience as well as down the road/trail...goes through water and will even cross train tracks. He currently rides in a ring snaffle and is real soft and super flexible. Beautiful lateral flexion and backs up with his chin tucked to his chest. Maverick's learning to move off leg pressure, side passing, roll backs, and pivoting on his hind quarters.
